Senior Solution Lead at Orange Business, a global network and digital integrator, owning end-to-end pre- and post-sales technical activities for complex client solutions. You act as technology strategist, shaping the bid and ensuring delivery against contract and business case. You build trusted advisor relationships with clients and partners, align technology to business needs, and drive innovation across global, distributed teams. This role combines technical leadership with financial and commercial insight in a cross-functional environment.

- Align technology solutions with customer requirements
- Own end-to-end Pre-Sales including service wrap and coherence of technical responses
- Oversee delivery of technical solutions per contract and advocate for client expectations
- Own architecture governance and customer innovation board
- Financially optimize proposed solutions and deliver scope per or better than business case
- Foster technical relationships with external vendors/partners
- Incentivized to expand Orange Business scope within the client
- Minimum of 5 years in a telecommunications and IT organization
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
- Exposure to Agile Methodologies is a plus
- Interest in building client relationships at all levels
- Proven track record in driving and positioning a global technical strategy to customers' needs
- Working in geographically distributed teams
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to innovate and finding improved ways of doing things
- Italian and English language required
- Ability to translate technology to business and operations benefits
- Degree in business, IT, or equivalent experience with a strong commitment on self-development
- Strong technical background combined with financial and commercial understanding
