team.blue is seeking an Marketing Operations Team Lead to oversee MarTech, Regional Operations, and CX Integrations within the Marketing CoE. You will shape operating models, set standards for tooling, and lead managers and specialists across 60+ brands.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will drive AI-enabled tooling and ensure scalable, repeatable delivery while collaborating with Marketing, UX, Product, and Tech teams to unblock the work and raise performance.
