XCMG Group is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our earthmoving machinery footprint in Italy. You will cultivate new client relationships, formulate strategic sales plans, and drive order conversion across construction firms, rental companies, and municipal units.

Based in Livorno, Italy, you will travel frequently to customer sites, coordinate with technical and delivery teams, and report market insights to HQ and regional management.
