Barry Callebaut Group seeks a field-based expert in pastry, bakery, and chocolate applications to develop and support B2B customers within the gourmet artisan channel. You will assist with recipe optimization, process improvement, and product demonstrations across end users and labs.

You will collaborate with Sales, R&D;, and Marketing, delivering training and technical sessions while traveling to clients and events in the assigned region, including Valle d’Aosta-Lombardia-Liguria-Piemonte.
