As Regional Sales Manager, you drive sales growth across the assigned region to strengthen RATIONAL’s market leadership. You work with internal teams—Insides Sales and Corporate Chef groups—while building a robust partner and dealer network. You lead local activities targeted at regional accounts and key industry networks, ensuring top-tier customer support and referral generation. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution to expand the customer base and market presence.

- Promote iCombi and iVario benefits through Cooking Live events
- Grow customer base across food service and commercial markets
- Develop and expand partner and dealer networks
- Develop Consultant/Designer network for specification
- Collaborate with Service, Corporate Chef, and Key Account teams
- Build a strong referral network and document customer activity in CRM
- Manage territory volume, opportunities, and regional business planning
- Prepare monthly sales reports/forecasts and market analyses




- Participate in regional/national trade shows and sales meetings
- Coordinate sales, product and marketing activities and handle pre-/post-sales with end-users
- Experience as sous- or executive chef
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills at all levels
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision
- Problem solving, objection handling, and influence skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and multi-tasking
- Negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Budget-setting experience and planning to meet budgets
- Fluent verbal/written communication in Italian and English
- Computer literate and valid driver license
- Willingness for overnight travel up to 30%
