Reply is seeking an AI Research Engineer to design synthetic dataset pipelines and training infra for custom AI models. You will work on RL, agentic reasoning, and distributed serving across cloud and local clusters in a hybrid setup.

The role requires 3–8 years of experience in AI research, Python/Triton/Rust, and hands-on training of LLMs, with opportunities to publish and contribute to cutting-edge models within the Reply network.
