HR Manager Italy EP/NV & Project management

In this role, you will partner with the EP/NV commercial teams in Italy to translate regional people strategies into local actions that advance business goals. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving coaching, talent development, organizational design, change management, and strategic workforce planning. You will lead BUHR activities for Italy, support Regional Office HR, and manage cross-functional HR projects with a focus on innovation and capability building. Your work will shape leadership pipelines and an inclusive culture in a fast-paced, matrix organization.

- Lead BUHR for Italy and support BUHR Leader for Regional Office
- Drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with EP/NV strategy and business objectives
- Provide comprehensive HR support including workforce planning, job design, change management, coaching, and talent development
- Develop diverse leadership pipelines and strengthen organizational capabilities
- Deliver targeted coaching to managers and employees for performance and development
- Collaborate with senior leaders to foster excellence, customer centricity, growth, and accountability




- Implement tailored HR solutions and partner with COEs for specialized support
- Advise on employee communication and engagement initiatives across client groups
- Lead change management efforts including integrations, divestitures, and restructurings
- Drive Talent Rhythm processes and succession planning to retain diverse talent
- Own and drive EP/NV HR priority initiatives with clear scope, milestones, and risk management
- Lead adhoc strategic projects from problem framing to delivery
- Ensure cross-initiative collaboration and knowledge sharing
- 5+ years of professional experience; minimum 3 years HR or HR-related experience preferred
- Based in Italy with travel between offices in Italy and limited travel to other countries
- Strong business partnering skills and ability to influence leadership
- Experience with coaching, talent management, organizational design, and change management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead strategic HR initiatives
- Knowledge of Credo behaviors and HR competencies from Johnson & Johnson culture
