Smartness in Italy is seeking a Performance Marketing & Tracking Specialist for Smartads to drive direct bookings across lodging clients. You will own end-to-end campaigns and measurement, from onboarding to optimization and reporting.

You’ll manage tracking audits, analyze results, and present insights to clients and internal teams. Fluency in Italian and English is required; German is a plus. This remote role offers competitive compensation with an OTE of €50,000 to €60,000.
