Recruitment Consultant – Data Center (Italian Speaking)

Italy, UK or Remote (Europe)

Europe's Data Center sector is booming, and Eligo Recruitment is growing with it. We're looking for an Italian-speaking recruiter to help build our Data Center practice and grow our presence in Italy.

It's a genuine 360° role, client relationships, business development and candidate search, all in one seat, working alongside our European team to expand Eligo's footprint across Italy.

Backgrounds in Data Center, Engineering, Power/Energy, Oil & Gas, or Construction recruitment welcome.

Based in Italy, the UK, or remote anywhere in Europe.

What you'll be doing

- Manage and grow established client accounts as a trusted recruitment partner, not just a supplier
- Win new business, spotting opportunities and turning leads into lasting client relationships
- Run end-to-end candidate searches: sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting for Data Center roles
- Manage the full process from brief to placement, keeping clients and candidates informed
- Build a strong network across the Data Center community
- Track market trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients and candidates with confidence

What we're looking for

- A proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally in account management and business development
- Drive to win new business,



plus hands-on experience running candidate searches
- Experience recruiting into Data Center, Engineering, Power/Energy, Oil & Gas, or Construction roles (strongly preferred) think colocation, hyperscale, cloud infrastructure, critical power, M&E;, or renewables
- Fluent Italian and strong English
- Comfortable working across Italy and the wider European market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Based in Italy, the UK, or remote elsewhere in Europe
