Compensation Benefits Analyst

On behalf of an international company operating in the chemical industry, we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join the HR team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits, based in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

- Extract and analyze compensation and workforce data from the HRIS system
- Ensure global data quality, consistency, and integrity across all C&B; reporting and analytics
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for the Global Head of C&B; and Executive Leadership
- Coordinate global Compensation & Benefits projects
- Support the harmonization of salary structures across countries and business units
- Contribute to the optimization of local incentive plans
- Coordinate the global salary increase process
- Support the performance management cycle from a compensation perspective
- Prepare promotion cases and salary offer proposals




- Organise and maintain C&B; governance frameworks, policies, and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and applicable local regulations

Requirements

- 5-8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably within multinational and organizations.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills, with experience handling large international datasets.
- Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Hay, Mercer, or Korn Ferry) is considered an advantage.
- Fluent English required

Salary Range: €50,000 - €60,000 gross per year

Location: Northwestern area of Milan
