In this role you ensure end-to-end material management for aerospace programs, aligning demand, planning and procurement to optimize supply performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage material availability, planning data integrity, and recovery actions during shortages. You will work within the Customer Support Services & Training area to drive timely purchases, expediting, and continuous process improvement. This position offers the chance to contribute to strategic supply chain resilience in a global industrial group.

- Manage material requirements based on demand inputs and define quantities, timing, and sourcing
- Execute or support Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities ensuring data consistency
- Generate and manage purchase requisitions and convert them into Purchase Orders / Transfer Orders
- Ensure alignment between demand, planning and procurement functions
- Manage assigned material supply sources and monitor supply plans for consistency with demand




- Monitor execution of supply plans, identify delays and shortages, and coordinate with stakeholders
- Expedite supply flows and deliveries with responsible parties
- Act as focal point for material issues and receiving anomalies, with escalation and resolution
- Manage material shortages and recovery actions with follow-up
- Provide visibility on material availability, risks and recovery plans
- Support prioritization decisions in constrained supply scenarios
- Ensure data consistency across planning and execution systems
- Monitor inventory levels, backlog and supply performance for assigned materials
- Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and supply processes
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent
- or Technical Degree with 3 years experience in logistics, operations or supply chain
