Prysmian is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support the Maintenance and CAPEX Organization by improving asset reliability, developing maintenance strategies, and providing engineering expertise for safe, efficient plant operations.

The role includes involvement in the Growing in Manufacturing program, focusing on hands-on experience across process, specialty, and factory rotations. Location: Arco Felice – Pozzuoli, with a permanent full-time contract and a competitive benefits package.
