We are looking for a curious, analytical, and ambitious Junior Brand Manager to join our Marketing team in Rome and contribute to the growth of one of Italy's most exciting FMCG brands.
Your Mission
As a Junior Brand Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand growth, supporting innovation projects, and transforming consumer and market insights into impactful business actions. Working closely with the Brand Manager and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen FRoSTA's position in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the definition and execution of annual brand plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Analyze market, consumer, shopper, and competitive data to identify growth opportunities and actionable insights.
- Monitor brand performance through sell-in, sell-out, market share, and consumer KPIs, translating data into recommendations.
- Manage selected innovation and renovation projects from concept development to market launch, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and international teams to deliver projects successfully.
- Manage relationships with packaging, creative, media, digital,
and research agencies to ensure consistent brand execution.
- Contribute to the management of the product portfolio and support P&L; analysis and forecasting activities.
- Support the development of communication campaigns across traditional, digital, and in-store touchpoints.
Who You Are
- Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Marketing , preferable within FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Goods.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to transform data into business recommendations.
- Good understanding of brand management and consumer marketing principles.
- Experience with market research and data tools (NielsenIQ, Circana, SAP Analytics Cloud or equivalent).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication abilities and collaborative approach.
- Native-level Italian with fluent English.
- Passionate about brands, consumers, and the food industry.
