Six Senses Rome is seeking a Guest Experience Maker (GEM) to fully understand the Six Senses vision and safeguard our pillars of sustainability, wellness, and extraordinary experiences. You will coordinate with departments, prepare arrival amenities, and upsell resort facilities to ensure memorable guest stays.

The role requires at least 1 year in a hotel operational setting, a high school diploma or hospitality qualification, proficiency in MS Office, POS, PMS, and CRM, and fluency in Italian
