BauWatch Italy is seeking a Direct Sales professional to drive growth in Marche and Abruzzo.

You will identify new market opportunities, acquire customers, and build long-term relationships, working across marketing and key account teams in a hands-on, field-based role.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of sales experience in construction, renewables, or security, xysqume strong customer focus, independence, and willingness to travel within the region and to Milan HQ.
