Project Manager – Data CenterResponsibilities
- Lead and coordinate data center projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage complex projects related to customized power solutions for data centers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Pramac and customers during project execution.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams (Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, etc.) to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop Project Management Plans and monitor progress.
- Ensure technical compliance with data center requirements and international standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and technical specifications.
- Support the Sales and Business Development teams with technical input and feasibility assessments for new data center opportunities.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency in project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in project management within an industrial or engineering environment; experience in data center or power generation markets is highly preferred.
- Strong technical understanding of energy storage systems or backup power solutions.
- Proven track record of managing complex, customer‑facing projects.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, PMI standards).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus. xysqume
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites or manufacturing plants.
