Parloa is seeking a Sr Agent Architect to design end-to-end AI Agent deployments, connecting Parloa to customers' enterprise systems. You will map integrations across CRMs, ERPs, and ticketing platforms, and shape the conversational experience using prompt engineering and LLM knowledge. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable AI solutions while refining prompts, testing flows, and tuning agent behavior to meet enterprise requirements.
