Jobtailor in Milano is seeking a senior software systems lead to guide backend and distributed systems projects across teams and partners. You will design, implement and test scalable services, and help ensure robust networking and cloud-native architectures.

You will mentor engineers, review designs for quality, and drive the adoption of modern tooling like Git, Docker, and Kubernetes. Fluent English and Italian are required; 6–10 years of experience preferred.
