About this role

Riva Hospitality operates boutique hotels across the Italian lakes and Adriatic coast. We need a creative director who can translate the feeling of a place into a visual language — someone who sees a hotel not as a building but as a story waiting to be told. You will shape everything guests see before and after they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead visual identity across 6 properties.

- Direct photography and content creation.

- Design guest-facing materials and digital experiences.





- Collaborate with architects on interior storytelling.

Requirements

- 7+ years in creative direction.

- Portfolio spanning hospitality or luxury lifestyle.
