Work Schedule
Shifts: Monday to Saturday, including bank holidays, between 08:00 and 19:00 (rotational shifts)
Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day off per week
Salary & Compensation
Base Salary: 1,024 per 14 months
Performance Bonus: 225 per 12 months
Position Premio (Braga only): 20 per 12 months
Allowances & Benefits
Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day
Transport Allowance: 20 per month
? Health Insurance: Coverage starts from Day 1 (monthly contribution required), free after 6 months
️ Relocation Support: Provided for eligible candidates relocating within Portugal
Your Role
As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. You'll handle inquiries, manage reservations, resolve technical issues,
and ensure every interaction aligns with the company's high standards of service and professionalism.

- Support customers with sales-related inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting
- Communicate across multiple channels: phone, email, chat, and social media
- Tailor communication to reflect brand tone and customer needs
- Handle escalations with empathy and a customer-first mindset
- Log and manage all customer interactions with attention to detail
Who You Are
Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
Experience in customer service or sales support (preferred)
Tech-savvy and comfortable with troubleshooting digital tools
Skilled in communication and multitasking
Resilient and calm under pressure, with a proactive attitude
