Job Summary
We are looking for a Brand Manager (Medical Business) to lead the development and growth of the Laborest brand in Italy. The role involves defining and executing marketing strategies for dietary supplements and medical devices, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring brand consistency and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies and mid‑to‑long‑term growth plans for the Italian market in line with corporate objectives.
- Identify and activate the most effective communication channels to reach specialist doctors, key opinion leaders, and pharmacists.
- Participate in product launch teams, events, and conferences related to the line.
- Conduct market research to understand doctors’ and patients’ behavior, market trends, competition, and patient journeys in the relevant categories.
- Prepare and manage cycle meetings with Area Managers and line informers.
- Ensure execution and adherence to marketing budgets and timelines.
- Analyze internal sales and sell‑out reports and data to inform marketing decisions.
- Maintain continuous alignment and coordination with headquarters and other affiliates to promote synergy and efficient brand management.
- Guarantee proper implementation of the brand identity across all market channels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of marketing experience in mid‑to‑large sized healthcare or consumer‑healthcare companies with a medical‑driven business model.
- Strong commercial sensitivity and ability to communicate effectively with Area Managers, informers, and specialist doctors.
- Scientific or engineering degree; a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Marketing or related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory principles governing the introduction of dietary supplements and medical devices in the market.
- Strong communication skills at all corporate levels and with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent English; excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Location and Contract
Assago (MI), Italy. Permanent contract.
