Regional Sales Director - Southern Europe
Overall responsibility for the performance of the organisation's sales function and its standing in the marketplace.
Occupies a key position in upper management working as a major figurehead in the organisation, overseeing and managing all functions in the sales function.
Plans and implements sales strategies and also takes part in the company’s overall strategic decisions and ensures that Sales teams are working in accordance with such goals.
What we expect...
The Position
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for UK sales and the development of key new market penetration.
You will work closely with operations to ensure prudent margins are achieved and client satisfaction leads to future repeat business.
The Person
Ideally degree educated in an engineering discipline,
you will have a strong background of sales into relevant sectors.
Whilst the role is initially UK based future business growth plans may require international travel – therefore experience of EMEA markets would be an advantage.
