Ensure
Project or System coordination to achieve all projects launch(es) in compliance with Valeo and Customer expectations.
Your responsibilities: Manage operationally and functionally the Projects he/she is assigned toManage OEM/OES Projects (Component, System with known technology components, ...)Is responsible for the achievement of the Project KPI in terms of profitability (both product/development vs Development Activity Payback and Extended Margin),
Quality and Production PreparationSecure Project resources and control themSolve all project issues requiring any type of support of all suitable functions via the Project EscalationDefine and manage his/her budget including the budget of Projects part of his/her Project/SystemManage customer relationship (local and central) and coordinate communication within his teamMandatory skills and experience:Engineering Master degreeEnglish and Italian language full professional level knowledgeMinimum 4 years experience in similar roles in structured Automotive CompaniesProduct Development process knowledge and practice Financial skills about Product cost structure, pay backAbility to manage cross-functional teamsPackagePermanent ContractCCNL Metalmeccanico, B3Base Gross Annual Salary 50.000 Dont miss the opportunity of joining us and take advantage of being part of an international company that commits to ethics, transparency, empowerment, professionalism and teamwork.
