Descrizione For an international R&D-driven; pharmaceutical company headquartered in Milan we are looking for a Procurement Specialist.

The candidate - under the direction and supervision of the Procurement & Artwork Manager - will ensure the following activities:

- Entering supplier and production orders in the management system
- Order processing, invoicing and management of slippages and related issues
- Monitoring of order deliveries and management of slippages
- Procurement of APIs/components
- Distribution of logistics documentation to CS and batch release documentation to QA
- Creation and maintenance of the bill of materials
- Movement of warehouses in SAP and management of goods transfers (finished product, API and components) from suppliers
- Checking supplier invoices
- Extracting supplier KPIs from the system and processing them
- Processing of supplier reports
- Archiving and retention of orders and relevant documentation

Requirements:
- Business-level fluency in English
- Preferred background from multinational company, CMOs or complex pharma company
- 5+ years of experience in the role
- Negotiation skills
- SAP knowledge
- Problem-solving and proactivity
- Pacchetto retributivo previsto: 45.000 - 50.000 Euro
