The role centers on compassionate, patient-centered care within a supportive health-team environment, helping residents maximize independence and quality of life. xkiyazw Successful candidates will evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral, develop and follow through on treatment plans, supervise staff, and participate in discharge planning.
