Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
IQC & Schedule Management

Lead technicians to execute incoming quality control (IQC) for raw materials and components and verify material specifications to ensure compliance.
Manage IQC input/output schedules to optimize inspection efficiency and meet production timelines.
Create, update, and maintain Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP).

Material Exception & Failure Analysis

Handle material quality issues and exceptions,



managing the containment and disposition of non-conforming materials.
Conduct preliminary failure analysis (FA) on materials, collect background data, and assist suppliers in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Assist in resolving material quality issues escalated from the server production lines.

Supplier Quality Management & Cross-Functional Support

Provide timely feedback on quality issues to supplier quality windows and track/review corrective action reports (CAR/8D).
Conduct supplier audits (QPA/QSA) and provide counseling or technical guidance when necessary.
Collaborate with buyers to provide technical support and material quality evaluations.

Data Analysis & Record Maintenance

Review and analyze IQC team inspection data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and meet department goals.
Review, maintain and analyze quality issue reports and inspection records.
