For our manufacturing site in Badia Polesine (RO), we are looking for a:

Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Ensure achievement of safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency targets and KPIs.




Act as the designated safety supervisor in compliance with Italian Health & Safety regulations.
Lead, organize, and supervise production activities, ensuring the availability of personnel, materials, equipment, and tools.
Manage and develop the production team through effective communication, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with work orders and product specifications.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and actively support related initiatives.
Identify and report equipment issues, process improvements, and resource needs.
Collaborate closely with the Manufacturing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
