Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services (BVCPS) is a leading Testing, Inspection and Certification company worldwide, providing a wide range of services to various consumer goods and technology product industries. With a strong global presence, a focus on quality and innovation, and recent acquisitions, BVCPS is poised for significant growth in the Luxury market space.
The role will focus on caring for clients from an agreed target list of leading Softlines, Hardlines, and Toy vendors and/or brands, with the aim of supporting them with a range of testing, inspection, and auditing services.
Main Objectives and Responsibilities:
1. Managing customer problems and requests, identifying the area in which the problem falls, and proposing possible solutions.
2. Working under the direction of the Local client Solution Manager to ensure agreed-upon goals and objectives are achieved, including adherence to all Company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
3. Maintaining effective communication and relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders who may influence the Company's activities and performance.
4. Creating a consistent and personalized customer experience, ensuring all teams have a 360-degree view of customer requirements.
5.
Providing insights to support strategic decision-making, personalizing campaigns, and predicting future customer needs.
6. The maintenance of all equipment in a safe and satisfactory manner and in conformance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
Requisitions:
1. High School Diploma
2. Proficiency in Windows applications
3. English language skills (B1/B2 level) - French language skills also desirbale
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
We offer a permanent contract with a compensation package (gross annual salary) between € 25.000 and € 27.000.
