The Baker Hughes Internship is designed to enable students either pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree or recently graduated to gain hands-on work experience as the foundation of their professional lives. As an Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with international teams and engaging with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Gaining exposure to business processes and understanding how different functions operate within the company.
- Supporting cross-functional teams to develop a 360° view of the business.
- Measuring and analyzing key metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assisting in operations management by maintaining updated documentation of processes and assets.
- Learning technical aspects of machinery, including how equipment is composed and identifying replacement needs.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives by monitoring ongoing revisions and managing multiple workflows.
