Brings our luxury products onto the stage. Builds a solid reputation for our brands through event organisation, press relations and a robust online presence.

Sub-Job Family Description - Events:

Organises and manages public events, fashion shows and any other event activities where the brand is present. Coordinates models, photographers, locations and suppliers following guidelines from the Creative department

We are currently looking for an
*Events Intern*
.

*How will you contribute:*
- Assist the team in coordinating the creative agencies from the briefing phase to the project development;
- Coordinate suppliers and production processes linked to events;
- Work with and support the Event Team on specific institutional/brand event requests;
- Manage and keep track the events inventory as well as coordinate the logistics;
- Support the Event team tracking all the costs and all the invoices related to the events budget;
- Support the Commercial team (Retail & Wholesale) to manage and organize the events
