Your missions

• Lead and coordinate the implementation and continuous improvement of the LabWare LIMS platform

• Gather and translate business requirements from Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams

• Coordinate cross-functional activities between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones

• Support workflow design and process optimization within laboratory operations

• Coordinate testing activities (UAT), issue resolution, and go-live preparation

• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

• Support change management and user adoption activities

Your profile





• Experience leading or coordinating LabWare LIMS implementation or enhancement projects

• Strong knowledge of Quality Control laboratory workflows

• Good understanding of Quality Assurance processes, particularly Batch Record Review

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing project stakeholders in GMP environment.

• Professional proficiency in English and Italian

• You demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• You have a dynamic, proactive, and delivery-oriented mindset
