We are looking for a Junior International Product Manager Home Care to join our Category Marketing function in the Home Care, Personal Care and Beauty Business Unit, in the Home Care division, based in our HQ in Milan.

How you make the difference:

As a Junior I nternational Product Manager, you will be the main point of contact between the local marketing teams of foreign subsidiaries and the Category m arketing team. You will also interact with the cross-functional teams, that will give you a broad overview of various business flows. Your strong interpersonal skills, combined with precision and a proactive attitude, will help improve communication between teams, solve minor issues, motivate foreign teams, and directly contribute to their satisfaction and the company's growth through our brands .

How your agenda looks like:

- Contribute to market assessments to define brands potential and ability to win
- Contribute to identifying multilingual product/SKU clusters based on project potential
- Collaborate with local and cross-functional teams
- Analyze feedback from countries and provide concrete input to the category teams
- Harmonize the adaptation of toolkits to meet local market needs.
- Develop graphics and adapt ATL/BTL communication materials
- Update/develop summary formats for key KPIs by country
- Monitor the performance of products in launch and adjust strategies

Your team:

You will directly report to the Category Group Product Manager & Country Coordinator

What makes you a great fit:

- Education: Master's degree in economics, Marketing, or a related field
- Work Experience:



6 months – 1 year of experience in product management, marketing, trade marketing or a similar role
- Languages: Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
- Technical Skills: proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel and power point
- Interpersonal Skills: excellent attitude for building relationships, and problem-solving.
- Analytical mindset, results orientation, aesthetic sensibility, and excellent presentation skills

- Starting salary: from €36.000 (based on experience and skills)
- Variable Pay: PPO/PPI
