Manage customizations and integrations between internal systems, databases, and external services;
Design support tools (reports and calculation tools) to improve internal process efficiency;
Contribute to the integration of innovative solutions, including AI applications for ticket management and automation.
At least 1 year of experience in backend development;
Excellent knowledge of.NET, C# and ASP.NET;
Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL and Postgres;
Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level);
