Responsibilities

- Engage with Italian-speaking customers through live chat, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Address inquiries regarding gaming accounts, promotions, and gameplay issues effectively.
- Inform customers about new game releases, features, and ongoing promotions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for logging and follow-up purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service enhancement initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and company offerings to offer informed support to customers.





Requirements

- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or gaming support roles is preferred.
- A strong passion for online gaming and understanding of gaming platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in using live chat software and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends when required.
