Italian-Speaking Customer Support Agent

Lisbon, Portugal | On-Site | Training Start: June 2

Are you a native-level Italian speaker (C2) with good English skills (B2+) looking to start or grow your international career in Portugal? Join a global customer experience company in Lisbon and work in an exciting multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat

- Resolve account, service, and general support enquiries

- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service

- Follow quality and productivity targets

Requirements

- Italian proficiency C2 (spoken & written)

- English proficiency B2 minimum

- Customer service experience is advantageous

- Availability to relocate to Lisbon





- EU passport or valid Portuguese work authorization

What's on Offer

- Salary: EUR 1049 gross x12 months

Schedule

40 hours per week

Rotational shifts between 08:00–22:00
