Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers, focusing on building long-term relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, product usage, and rewards programs.
- Proactively reach out to customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and gather feedback on their experiences.
- Educate clients about loyalty programs and incentivize their continued engagement with the brand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Analyze customer feedback and loyalty metrics to propose improvements in service delivery and customer experience.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system for tracking purposes.

Requirements

- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service or customer loyalty roles, preferably within the retail or service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on enhancing customer relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and adapt to various customer needs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
