- Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

- Document and track all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up.

- Stay updated on product information to provide accurate and relevant details to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
