This role is centered around providing essential support to business clients while ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. We are seeking candidates who have a combination of strong communication skills and a passion for customer service in a business environment.

Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive support to Italian-speaking business clients through phone, email, and chat communications.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to business services, account management, and operational needs.
- Provide effective solutions to client issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and prompt resolution.
- Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex business queries and improve service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business services and products to effectively assist clients.

- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and service proficiency.

Requirements

- Fluency in Italian and strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in a customer support role, preferably in a business or corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and basic office software applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
