This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about travel and customer service, as you will be assisting Italian-speaking passengers with their airline-related inquiries and support needs.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist passengers with flight inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and changes.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.




- Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A passion for travel and helping customers make the most of their journeys.
