Within the Customer Support Services & Training area, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our base of Cascina Costa di Samarate (VA).

*Mission:*

*Ensure the proper functioning of the client’s products by resolving on-site issues as part of after-sales services.*

*Activities:*

- *Carry out internal activities to establish an after-sales maintenance service and/or sold maintenance services.*
- *Assess maintenance needs based on customer service requests and on the demand and availability of internal and external resources (third-party services).*
- *Analyze product issues and liaise with the client on the operational aspects of the product/system to support MRO activities and ensure the availability and reliability of products in service.*
- *Release and return systems/products to service after maintenance, verifying and certifying their correct operation (LCM – Execution/Delivery).*
- *Manage and perform on-site activities including installation and configuration, delivery, renewal, dismantling, maintenance, repair and overhaul, troubleshooting, and on-site technical support.*

*Basic Requirements & Education*

*Degree in Secondary School (Perito Aeronautico / Perito Elettronico)*

*10 years’ experience in rotorcraft maintenance as qualified
