Your Responsibilities
You will be the central point of contact for customer inquiries, support sales and purchasing, coordinate reorders, and be responsible for maintaining customer data and creating and updating offers. Working tempo parziale, meaning 5h a day, 25h a week.

Your Responsibilities In Detail
- Processing customer inquiries and concerns in day-to-day business
- Recording, maintaining, and managing customer data




- Close coordination with sales and purchasing and support for these areas
- Processing and coordinating repeat orders
- Checking stock levels and availability
- Preparing, adapting, and checking quotations
- Updating existing quotation documents

Your profile
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Experience in administration and customer care
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Italian required, knowledge of German an advantage
- Structured, careful, and independent way of working
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- High reliability and strong organizational skills
