Riassunto dell’possibilità da parte della Joinrs AI : Grafton seleziona un Customer Service Credit Specialist . La risorsa si occuperà della gestione delle attività legate ai pagamenti per tutti i clienti, tra cui il monitoraggio dei flussi di pagamento, le attività di recupero crediti e il monitoraggio dei processi anti-frode. Si richiedono una laurea triennale , almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel customer service, conoscenza di MS Office/MS Dynamics e della lingua inglese. Si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato, una RAL di circa 30.000€ , ticket ristorante da 12€, welfare , bonus trimestrali e 8 giorni di smart working al mese.

Customer Service Credit Specialist

The resource will manage payment-related activities for all our clients, specifically:
What will you be responsible for?
- Monitoring payment flows
- Managing bank account changes and SEPA mandates
- Carrying out credit recovery activities (cash collection)
- Issuing credit notes
- In compliance with internal policies, managing credit limit overruns and executing customer blocks
- Economic-financial evaluation of medium and large prospects
- Monitoring the deterioration of customer ratings
- Maintenance/updating of economic and financial data
- Monitoring the anti-fraud process
