Regulatory Affairs Internship based at Rome, reporting to a Regulatory Affairs Specialist. Hybrid work arrangement in Italy, Lazio, Rome.

What you will do
The Regulatory Affairs Intern provides support in daily regulatory activities to ensure compliance with the lifecycle of medicinal products, medical devices, food supplements, and cosmetics in accordance with national and European legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of registration applications and variations for medicinal products according to national, mutual recognition, and decentralized procedures.
- Monitor the Italian Official Journal and updates in Italian and European legislation.
- Preparation/finalization of advertising submissions to HA for medicinal products (OTC/SOP) and medical devices.
- Maintain administrative compliance of Italian products in the Company database.
- Labelling management and artwork changes check.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or undergraduate studies in a scientific university course such as Biomedical Engineering, CTF, Pharmacy,
