Project & Service Agreement Manager
committed to Building Automation and Fire and security systems to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Smart Infrastructure Regional Solution & Service area.

Your Challenge
As a Project and Service Agreement Manager your mission will be to be responsible for the active management of the orders, ensuring that they are carried out on time, on budget,



and follow functional/contractual/customer specifications in accordance with external laws and regulations (e.g. construction site safety, environmental protection) and internal regulations (e.g. signing authorizations)

Some of the main activities will be:
- Take care of the administrative management of the contract in terms of customer satisfaction as well as for management of penalties/claims and for obtaining contract variants and technical/administrative closure of the contract.
- Perform and manage project risk analysis.
- Monitor project achievements and adherence to budgets and initiate actions to minimize non-compliance costs
- Clarify customer objectives and requirements and/or project specifications based on bid documentation and customer order.
- Coordinate planning and resource allocation by monitoring work progress.
- Organize project meetings and being responsible for communication to the customer
