We are seeking a motivated
Junior Or Trainee Lawyer
to join our premier Insurance & Corporate Risk practice group in Rome. In this role, you will work alongside market-leading partners to advise global insurance syndicates, domestic underwriters, and corporate boards on complex commercial insurance issues.

Your primary focus will be
Directors & Officers (D&O;)
liability, financial lines, and corporate governance disputes. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to build a high-profile career within a specialized, high-growth sector of international business law.

Coverage Analysis
: Review and draft complex commercial insurance policies, with a specific focus on Directors & Officers , professional indemnity, Product Liability and financial lines

.Dispute Resolution
: Assist in representing insurers and corporate directors in high-stakes civil litigation, regulatory investigations, and arbitration

.Claims Monitoring
: Manage and monitor high-value corporate claims,



evaluating liability exposure and settlement strategies

.Regulatory Compliance
: Advise clients on Italian insurance regulations (IVASS compliance) and cross-border distribution frameworks

.Legal Research
: Conduct in-depth research on corporate governance laws, insolvency interactions, and evolving insurance market trend

- What We Are Looking For
- Educatio
n: A strong academic degree in Law
*(Laurea in Giurispruden*
za). A Master’s degree (LL.M.) in Insurance or Corporate Law is highly advantageou
s.
- Experienc
e: 1 to 3 years of experience within a commercial law firm or an in-house legal department at an insurance company. D&O; , insurance Law is a must
- Language
s: Native or professional fluency i
n Italian,
alongside excellent working proficiency i
n English
(both written and spoken) for managing international client portfolio
