Utopia is seeking a technically strong Technical Architect to join the design team for boutique hospitality assets.

You will translate design intent into fully coordinated, buildable documentation across late design phases, with strong emphasis on technical development and BIM coordination.
You will lead Revit modeling, coordinate with structural, MEP, and interiors teams, and resolve clashes to deliver high-quality documentation through construction.
