The Role
We are currently looking for a Nephrologist to join our clinics in Puglia,
Italy.

Salary: €37.000-€50.000 gross annual salary, depending on experience.
We also consider applications from professionals available to work as
independent contractors.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Medical Director in patient management.
* Select the appropriate dialysis method, suitable devices, and personalize
treatment based on the patient's condition.
* Precribe appropriate therapies while ensuring the highest standards of
patient care.
* Handle all medical situations and issues presented or encountered while
performing duties and, when necessary, seek consultations or arrange patient
transfers to other healthcare facilities.
* Collaborate with nurses during patient dialysis sessions, including
initiation and termination of treatment.
* Conduct critical reviews of all reports or healthcare activities in the
facility, ensuring quality and compliance with applicable guidelines and
standards.
* Perform necessary medical assessments for patient admissions and complete
health-related formalities.
* Prepare, maintain, and update medical records and records specific to each
patient under care.
