Experteer Overview As a Service Delivery Specialist at Bunge, you will ensure reliable BT services locally, handling hardware, software, and network support, vendor coordination, and project work. You’ll drive incident resolution, documentation, and knowledge sharing to sustain operational excellence. You’ll collaborate with vendors, MSPs, and internal teams to address country- and site-specific needs, from plants to offices. This role offers meaningful impact in maintaining secure, productive IT infrastructure at scale.Retribuzione / Benefits
Hardware support: install, configure, troubleshoot, repair and replace desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
Software support: install, configure, troubleshoot operating systems and applications, apply updates
Network support: diagnose basic connectivity issues and maintain local infrastructure
User onboarding/offboarding: set up accounts and equipment for new hires, reclaim assets
Documentation and knowledge management: create SOPs and knowledge base articles
Vendor management: coordinate with contractors and MSPs,



manage procurement and invoicing
Incident and request management: use ServiceNow to track and resolve issues
Meeting room support: set up AV and video conferencing systems
Country/site-specific support: assist with equipment and systems used at specific locations
Project work: lead or participate in local BT infrastructure projects (upgrades, migrations)
Capitalization & Capex closure: ensure financial processes for BT projects
BT asset refresh management: plan and execute timely asset refreshes
Responsabilità
~ Bachelor in Information Technology or related field; equivalent experience accepted
~2+ years in an IT support role with service delivery experience
~ Proven ability to lead and manage IT projects
~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
~ Deep understanding of ITIL and best practices
~ Strong BT asset management knowledge
~ Technical competencies across hardware, networking
