Electrical Harness Integration Leader (EHIL)

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- You will manage the Electrical Harness installation resources and activities on the project you are responsible for.
- You will be responsible of the electrical deliveries for each electrical baseline of the project you are contributing to.
- You will build and develop the EHI technical competency in the Team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance Measurement/KPI’s
- Quality of their delivery (included sub-contractor delivery):
- 1st time quality rate > 90% (quality rate = modification validated OK / number of modifications applied)
- Respect of the delivery planning (included sub-contractor delivery):
- 100% on time delivery
- Level of application of standard PPL:
- 85% of PPL for interface connector and 100% for production break connector.
- Configuration management of your deliverables:
- 100% of deliverables properly managed into configuration database
