Role Description
The Manager role at RED | Real Estate Domain is a full-time, on-site position located in the Amsterdam Area. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate cross-functional activities,



and ensure that client engagements and projects are executed efficiently and in line with company standards. This role involves leading and supporting team members, monitoring performance, and implementing data-driven processes that enhance service quality and client satisfaction. The Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, prepare reports and analytics for decision-making, and contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives. The position also requires maintaining strong communication channels, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in supervising teams and guiding performance.
- Operations and project management abilities, including planning, prioritizing, and overseeing multiple initiatives.
